Owners, Joe Rowein & his son Cleo Rowein, have a vast background in the heating and cooling industry. Joe & his wife Marcella formed the company in 1979. Together they endured to see company growth. From what started as a support staff of one has now blossomed today into a diverse and knowledgeable support staff of fourteen. This diversity is apparent in the trade backgrounds. On staff are Journeymen Sheet Metal Mechanics, Refrigeration Mechanics and Gas Fitters, all able and willing to contribute to the task at hand.
